The images I create address issues concerning race, beauty standards, sexuality and identity. I openly explore these topics utilizing imagery found in popular culture. I use humorous narratives as a device for engaging the viewer. My goal as an artist is to continue making work about living in contemporary society. I acknowledge the past, ponder the future, but want to talk about what is happening here and now.
